On request, through your own seed supplier representative, the Agricom team are available to assist through phone contact or a farm visit where required. Please direct all enquiries through your local seed merchant.

If you are unable to get this done by your own supplier feel free to contact your local Ballance representative. They offer StockCare farms:
- Setting up transect lines with GPS co-ordinates to improve the reliability of your soil test results at no cost
- Collection of soil samples from your farm at no cost
- You pay for soil tests
- Soil test results go to Ballance and you
- Ballance will talk to you about your results without obligation
